guarantee repairs are resolved in a timely manner and at a good

Eviction Handling
When applicable, we work with real estate attorneys to handle the
entire eviction process for you. We keep you informed throughout
the process as we document all actions and handle each step until

Annual Inspections
We perform annual inspections to ensure your property is in great
condition and up to habitability standards. Afterwards, we will
send you a photo-documented report.
